What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply calming experience. You simply lay down and relax, allowing the vibrations of musical instruments to wash over you. It easily cultivates a meditative state that restores and rejuvenates both body and mind.
There is nothing you need to do or try to achieve during a sound bath.
Simply be present.
